Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and OmniScout Pro covering your use of omniscoutpro.com and the OmniScout Pro service. By creating an account you accept them. If you are using OmniScout Pro for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. One person, one account: creating additional accounts to get around free-plan limits is not allowed, and accounts that appear to duplicate an existing one may be placed on hold pending review. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

• Starter is free and limited. Pro and Scale are paid monthly subscriptions at the prices shown on the Plans page.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are taken by Stripe using the card you provide.
• Upgrades take effect immediately. Changes between paid plans are prorated by Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, paid features may be suspended until the card is updated.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice, taking effect at your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use of the data

OmniScout Pro supplies business contact information for legitimate business-to-business outreach. You agree that you will:

• comply with the marketing, calling and email laws that apply to you, including honouring do-not-call registrations, opt-out requests and required sender information;
• not use the data for consumer marketing, harassment, fraud, deceptive claims, or anything unlawful;
• not resell, republish, sublicense or redistribute the data, or use it to build a competing database;
• not scrape the service, share your login, or attempt to extract records beyond what your plan allows.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section.

5. AI-generated content

Cold openers and email drafts are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review anything before you send it; you remain responsible for what you send.

6. Accuracy and availability

We work hard on data quality, but contact records change constantly and we cannot guarantee that every record is current, complete or correct. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniScout Pro is not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using OmniScout Pro and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if we are required to by law. Exported data you already downloaded remains yours to use within these terms.
